All deposits are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance
Please attend your appointment alone, we cannot accommodate plus ones.
If you cancel/reschedule in less than 72 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay another deposit if you wish to book another appointment.
Appointments can only be rescheduled once as long as your appointment is not within 72 hours.
Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment.

By booking an appointment for Ombré Brows you are confirming the below:

You are the age of 18 or above ( Please bring your ID)
You are aware aftercare is to be followed strictly in order to achieve desirable results
Results can differ from client to client.100% success cannot be guaranteed after the 2 sessions included in the cost. In rare cases, multiple brow top-ups may be required (chargeable service)

We do not allow plus ones under any circumstance
Please note it is cash only when paying the remaining balance on the day of your appointment
Top-ups are included in the price of your appointment. The top-up needs to be booked within the 4-6 week period after your appointment. Top-ups booked outside of this timeframe will be charged for. When agreeing to a top-up date, please note if you need to reschedule this can only be done once, if rescheduled a 2nd time the top-up will be chargeable.

All of our services are non-refundable.
If you experience issues with your lashes, please inform us within 72 hours of your initial appointment. We will be happy to fix them for you so long as the correct aftercare process has been followed.
Failure to inform us of issues within 72 hours of your appointment, or failure to follow the aftercare process will require an infill appointment at your own expense.
Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes. Ombré Beauty Studios bears no liability for shortened lash life-span should you arrive at your appointment wearing make-up or any other product around the eye area.
You must have a minimum of 50% of your lashes remaining to qualify for an infill appointment.
- Failure to comply will result in a £10 penalty fee on the day of your appointment.
All infill appointments must be within 3 weeks of your inital appointment with Ombré Beauty Studios.
- Lack of appointment availability does not constitute a change in policy.
